Collaboration Coaching
Helping you do good thingsMany leaders are already at the forefront of their work—shaping movements, hosting events, and driving change. They’ve got the skills, the vision, and the reputation. But let’s be honest: leadership can be lonely. Without a team, a sounding board, or a trusted collaborator, even the best ideas can get stuck in neutral.
That’s where coaching comes in.
After just a few collaboration sessions, we’ll take your idea from “almost there” to “hell yes!”—and then find ways to amplify your work even further.
Who it is for.
It’s for anyone with big ideas who’s ready to make them happen. It’s for people trying to do good things that make a real difference, and who are investing in community and collaboration. This kind of coaching isn’t tied to any specific field or industry.
What Coaching Can Do.
Let me tell you about someone who benefited from this work:
Casey had a bold idea: a citywide festival celebrating Portland’s future—a thriving community with healthy ecosystems, vibrant economies, and shared joy.
But after years of working on it solo, Casey was stuck. Their kickoff plan—a formal dinner party—lacked clarity. They needed help turning a roomful of strangers into collaborators.
Together, we simplified the dinner’s goals and refined talking points to focus on building trust and meaningful connections. On the night of the event, Casey set a warm, open tone, leading to deep conversations, individual connections, and the formation of a group identity.
In our debrief, we mapped out next steps. With renewed focus and energy (and more importantly, the input and collaboration from their people), Casey’s vision shifted and evolved. Their network continues to grow, and the festival is still on the horizon, however, there are a few more stops planned along the path that leads to their grand vision.
Casey’s idea is big and growing—and they are still making it happen.
This could be you.
Coaching works because it’s tailored to you.
For some, it might look like refining the focus of a quarterly event for neurodiverse individuals. For others, it’s brainstorming content for a weekly seminar or finding the right structure for a growing business.
Whatever the project, my approach stays the same:
- I ask the fresh questions to help you see your work from new angles.
- I listen. Whether it’s brainstorming or problem-solving, I’m here for learning from you.
- I nudge and remind you to honor the commitments you’ve made to your work—and to yourself.
